How do i place my order?

Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and you are ready to complete your order, select your payment option and click “Checkout”. You will then receive a confirmation message. Detailed payment instructions will be sent to you via email after your order has been successfully processed. please check your spam folder. Some emails might be placed under spam. Why am i not receiving order confirmation emails

How do you wrap your packages?

Our shipping departments are well experienced in the art of discreet shipping. We do not include any company names or the contents of the package on the outside.

As an added security, we suggest our Stealth Sachets. Sachets will be sent very discreetly, without any markers of the actual contents. This can help in the case of a customs search.

How long does it take to process my payment?

Payment in progress” and “Waiting for Approval” statuses mean we are in the process of collecting and processing your money. Generally, payment processing takes 24 hrs for bitcoins and zelle payments and a maximum of 2 working day for money gram payments Sunday’s excluded. Holidays can result in an additional day or two for review. If you feel your payment has been delayed, please contact our billing Department

How long will the process take from placing an order to receiving a package?

Items usually take at least 24 hours to be shipped upon receiving payments. US-based clients can expect to receive the items in two to five business days (2-5 days) after payments are made. For International clients, There are two sets of customs for internationally shipped orders: the origin country (from the shipper) and the destination country (you). The customs processing time is not linear, consistent, nor predictable. It’s not irregular for delivery to occur anywhere between 7 and 2weeks, given customs required approval. For this reason, we require 15 full days of transit time before we rule out delivery. International packages are expected to be delivered between 7 to 15 business days.

How do I check the status of my order?

To track the status of your order, you may log in with your user name and go to the tracking tool. You need to enter your order number and the email used for billing. Tracking numbers are provided to help ease identifying and tracking items shipped out.

You may find four status to classify orders:

  • Order received means that the order is placed
  • Payment pending means that we are awaiting your payment
  • Processing means the payment is received and the item is being prepared for shipping
  • Complete means the item has arrived.

I only received part of my order, what do I do?

If your order was split, you should have two tracking numbers. It should mean that one package has arrived and another one is still in transit. And that should be as a result of you choosing two different brands meaning they are shipped from two different warehouses.

My tracking number isn’t working why?

If you encounter trouble with tracking please contact us for further review and resolution.

How do I change my order?

For modifications in your order, you simply have to place a new order. Orders that are STILL AWAITING PAYMENT can be canceled directly from the My Order tab. You can proceed with adding the products to your cart and make modifications as needed.

Do you impose a minimum order policy?

It’s always a great idea to place a small test order so you can see how high quality our products and service are. There is an exception: Zelle and MoneyGram do have an order minimum of $250 and $300 respectively.

Bitcoins are not subject to this limitation. Please select bitcoin for orders less than $250.

We want small or large customers to enjoy the same services.

What if i missed my delivery?

The post office will usually keep your package for 2-3 weeks before they return it to the sender. Make sure to contact the post office with your tracking number to schedule redelivery or pick up the package in person. Please monitor your tracking to avoid any complications with delivery.

What if my order is siezed?

A customs letter is not always received. In the case that one is received, please contact us and we will review your case. Please be sure to keep the letter and the envelope as photos will be required.

Do i need to sign for my package?

We do not require a signature for delivery. However, your local post office may ask for one at their own discretion. Please provide all special delivery instructions to your local post person to avoid any disruptions in your delivery. Please monitor tracking details to avoid complications with delivery.

What happends to my money if the payment is cancelled?

You can either refund your money back or follow the email directions to fix your payment issue.

What do i do if i chose the wrong address in checkout?

The default shipping address can be changed before checking out the order. If you have an old address in your account, please delete it from My Account under your saved addresses; this will prevent you from accidentally using the old address. If the wrong address is chosen, please contact us Note: the address cannot be changed once the order entered the “Paid/processing” status. At that point, the order is too far along in the shipping process.

You may still request the address change if you have paid, but there is no guarantee it will be changed before shipment. If you select the wrong address and don’t catch it before shipment, you may try to request an address redirect with your local post office by giving them the tracking number. If failed, we bear no responsibilities for that.

How do I know if the order I placed had been successful?

You will get a confirmation as you place your order. You have to be sure to check your email’s spam folder as some emails may be placed under spam.
